Gri-Ve is a sole proprietorship registered with the Ministero de Hacienda of Tenerife in 2023 and owns the trade name and logo Gri-Ve Holiday Houses. Under this brand, it focuses its activity on the marketing of holiday homes for rent in Tenerife South, as well as on the provision of additional services such as cleaning, additional welcome packs and personalization of the services offered to holiday clients.
Gri-Ve is a tourist company that directs its activity to make the rental of an apartment or a villa an unforgettable experience, in which our customers enjoy personal attention and a high level of personalized services upon request , enjoying the privacy and charm of a private accommodation.
We personally receive all our customers from the moment they arrive at the villa / apartment to show them the house, its amenities, make sure that everything is to their liking, give some suggestions on restaurants and places to visit for anyone who might like it. From that moment on, our staff is at your disposal by telephone from 10 to 18 and via whatsapp / mail outside working hours with rapid response times for any service or assistance that the guest may need.
OUR TEAM
Sandra and Ivan who moved to Tenerife with their family at the beginning of 2022 are the driving force behind this tourist enterprise. Starting from the very first inspections to verify the suitability and quality of the apartments that will be rented out, to the management of the weekly and monthly calendars, passing through the publication and promotion of all the "Viviendas Vacancional" they manage. Their best talent is to stimulate and motivate in the most professional and friendly way both their collaborators (customer service, cleaning company, maintenance workers, etc.), and the home owners as well as lastly the tourists who rent them during the holiday periods.
The business idea was born towards the end of 2022, listening to various voices inherent in the tourist real estate sector of Tenerife, especially the southern coast, where in recent years there has been an explosion of the market at an incredibly fast and sometimes difficult to keep pace under control.
It has often happened to hear complaints from friends and acquaintances (who have invested life savings to buy rental houses in Vv) about the services offered by "tourist intermediaries" that should have helped them recover their investment in the short term , but which on balance have only created confusion by poorly managing the properties or by telling imaginary earnings results that are then impossible to achieve ...
Precisely from this assumption was born the desire to create a serious, transparent and profitable company for home owners and last but not least for Gri-Ve, which we recall, only earns if the owners earn.
Gri-Ve is a young company in full expansion, but which has been looking for quality since its very first steps. Our goal is to simplify the whole rental process of the houses we manage, selecting the apartments and adjusting the prices to their characteristics, showing all their peculiarities (location, size, equipment and costs) by publishing online exhaustive descriptions and photos clear to end customers.
